Summer Meeting Schedule

WHO?	Summer meetings are for staffers returning in Fall 2010. New recruits and interested fall CMN 131 and CMN 231 students are also invited to participate. Alumni may also participate.
WHERE?	Teddy's Diner on Main St. in Cranbury, NJ
WHAT?	The focus of these meetings is on camaraderie, building a vision for the fall, crafting article ideas and themes, and planning for VOICE events.
WHEN?	See chart below.
WHY?	Fun, friendship, and leadership building are all good reasons to attend. Also, summer meeting attendees are first in line for invitation to attend the fall retreat in Asbury Park, NJ.

NOTE: Please RSVP to the Editor in Chief and/or the Faculty Adviser if you plan to attend any or all of these meetings.

Staff Meeting Information

Who can come?	Any Mercer County Community College student interested in joining the VOICE staff Any CMN 131 student Any faculty or staff members interested in auditing a meeting
Who MUST come?	All editors All staff writers, photographers, designers, webmasters and ad managers All CMN 231 students All photojournalism students Any staffer (full or probationary) who want to get "awarded" for their submissions
When are they held?	Fall meetings are held weekly. Fall 2010 meeting time TBA.
Where are they held?	Meetings are held in AD 234A - On the second floor of the AD building opposite the administrative suite.
